These terms apply to your use of this website and to virtual assistant, administrative, content and project-support services supplied by Digital Angels AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or booking services, you agree to these terms.
1. About us

2. Services and scope
The scope, deliverables, hours, timescales and fees for each engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional fees.
3. Fees and payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are charged at £35 per hour or at the fixed package price shown in the proposal or invoice. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Work may be paused if payment is overdue. Package hours must be used within the relevant monthly billing period. Any unused hours expire at the end of that period and do not roll over to a future month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely instructions, necessary access and approvals. You remain responsible for final business decisions and for checking and approving work before publication or use.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule booked work. Fees for work already completed, committed time or non-refundable third-party costs remain payable. Any specific cancellation terms in your proposal take priority.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
We will keep confidential information secure and use it only to provide the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Once all fees are paid, you may use the final deliverables created specifically for you for the agreed purpose. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, templates and know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
8. Third-party services and AI tools
We may use reputable software, platforms or AI-assisted tools where appropriate. We will apply reasonable care, but third-party availability, outputs and policies are outside our control. Please do not provide highly sensitive data unless secure handling arrangements have been agreed.
9. Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by inaccurate information, delayed approvals, third-party platforms or use outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material or copy site content without permission. Website information is general and may change without notice.
11. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the written proposal or agreement. You must pay for work completed and committed costs up to the end date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
